How to Make A Change | Episode 3

OK, this one’s for you to share with all those people who you’ve been trying for years to change! Ha ha.
Seriously, when you’ve finally had enough of YOUR bad behaviour, or those habits that are not serving you, then you’ll want to watch this video.
It’s about the Stop-Start-Continue tool, which is a favourite for corporate workshop facilitators, and for good reason: it’s your Leatherman for making a change!
After all, knowing about yourself, knowing you need to change, knowing what to do, is all for naught if you don’t actually MAKE the change!
If you’ve already tried to make a change, and given up, then you’re in the right place, because that gets addressed too.
Then, if you’re afraid you’ll turn into that “other person”, or you’ll suddenly—horror and dread!—become your opposite, look out for the bit about flexibility.
Finally, if you’re not sure what we’re talking about—it’s everybody else who needs to change, not you!—then skip forward to 14:45 and see what’s on offer. Or just share the video with all of THEM…!

How to Watch Cricket and Handle Traffic Without Losing It! | Episode 1

In this, the first episode in the series, we introduce ourselves and talk about the bad behaviour that arises when you’re watching sport and driving in your car—based on our own first-hand experience! We propose that learning to manage your behaviour in those situations will help you in other areas of life, like work and relationship.

We offer the perspective that instead of using those as opportunities to let off steam, you could use them as opportunities to practice NOT reacting. Then, you’ll be better placed to manage your behaviour when you’re on the field of play in real life and not send that angry email, or not say that thing to your partner that you’ll regret!
